Frank Powers, Chief Financial Officer

 Mr.
Powers is one of the leading experts in entertainment
industry insurance and finance. Mr. Powers has had
over 30 years of finance and insurance experience, most
of which has been focusing on the entertainment industry.
Most recently, Mr. Powers spent 7 years as President
and CEO of Encore Entertainment Insurance Services, LLC.
Encore was begun by key executives from Aon Entertainment
to provide competing insurance products and services to
the entertainment industry.
Prior to Encore, Mr. Powers spent almost 20 years with
American National General Agencies, Ltd. and with Aon
Entertainment, Ltd. after it purchased American National
General Agencies. Mr. Powers started as CFO in 1978
and served and President & CEO for both companies
from 1984 to 1997. In these positions Mr. Powers
was responsible for developing and delivering some of
the leading insurance products and services to the entertainment
industry.
Mr. Powers earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting
with a Minor in Economics from Southern Illinois University.
